Fraud Alert: unauthorized and fraudulent use of Trigon Food business name, trade mark and logo
Trigon Food has been alerted to the unauthorized use of its business name and trade mark and logos ("Marks”) by persons or companies fraudulently representing themselves as Trigon Food or as representatives of Trigon Food.
The Marks of Trigon Food are being used by such persons or companies for the sole purpose of committing theft, identity theft and/or other crimes. Our companies Marks are fraudulently being used in an attempt to convince third parties into believing they have the authority to initiate significant transactions in Trigon Food’s name.
Be aware that Trigon Food does not use a webmail address such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo and aol. If you think you have received a fraudulent e-mail or letter by a person or company that claims to be Trigon Food, you can report it by forwarding it to info@trigon-food.nl. If you have any questions or concerns about your business with Trigon Food, please contact us directly.
While there is no foolproof method to prevent the unauthorized use of Trigon Food’s name and marks, we continuously monitor such infringing activities in order to help safeguard our customers’ interest. However, Trigon Food is in no way responsible and can not be held liable for any charges or costs incurred as a result of fraudulent activity that abuses the Trigon Food name, Trade mark and logos.
